    HIGHLIGHTS &
    AREAS OF ACTIVITY

An overview of my professional journey:
milestones, key areas of expertise, selected projects
and competencies that shape my work:

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

Since 2020, I have been supporting companies and start-ups for whom sustainability is already part of their DNA, as well as those who are just beginning their journey. My consulting approach is as individual as the needs, goals and visions of my clients. Key areas include sustainability strategy, business development and content marketing.

    RESEARCH & LECTURING

    IN GERMANY AND ABROAD

Practice-oriented knowledge transfer in the field of sustainable business. My teaching portfolio includes the following modules: circular economy, transparent communication, ethics-oriented marketing, resource management, sustainable and circular design, as well as sustainable entrepreneurship and management.

    MODERATION & ORGA

    AWARENESS KONFERENZ

This interdisciplinary conference addresses one of the most important topics of our time: awareness. In addition to organizing the event, I also moderated the conference. The "Awareness Konferenz" of the University for Sustainable Development offers diverse impulses through expert lectures, interactive workshops and open panel discussions.

    COACHING & MENTORING

    1:1 SUPPORT

I support individuals on their personal path toward professional freedom. My work focuses on helping them gain clarity about their visions and goals, pursue them consistently and strengthen their personal branding. I use creative business methods as well as content from my one-year, systematic training as a transformation consultant.

    HEAD OF INNOVATION

    TEAM LEAD IN R&D

As Head of Innovation Management for the WIR! alliance “region 4.0” (funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research), I strategically and organizationally supervised nine diverse research and development projects. These ranged from public services and business succession to sustainable agriculture, swarm robotics and circular economy value creation potential.

    CONTENT CREATION

    TEXT, VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY

I create authentic content with great passion for clients in the travel, hospitality and lifestyle sectors. My work includes reels, photo series and numerous articles published online on platforms such as Good Travel and Reisevergnügen, as well as in print for FOGS Magazine and Pleasure, the magazine of the W Hotel in Rome.

Lutz Leistenring, Co-Initiator der Green Recruiting Initiative

Cécile played a key role in helping us launch the Green Recruiting initiative and ensured that the right content was communicated via social media and newsletters. She was also actively involved in strategic considerations. She always worked independently, and I particularly value her positive and pragmatic approach as well as her reliability and flexibility.

Franziska Diallo, Geschäftsführerin von Good Travel

With her cheerful and straightforward manner, Cécile enriched the Good Travel team from the very beginning. Her commitment led to her taking on an increasingly broad range of responsibilities within our organization. She contributes her own ideas and concepts, providing valuable impulses for our work, and always approaches her tasks with care and a high level of independence. We greatly appreciate her reliability in all areas.

Tobias Martetschlaeger, CEO von Global Changer

Cécile has an extremely dedicated personality for impact and sustainability. She has been an integral part of our company from the start and helped tremendously to bring us on the road to success. Her special critical view on things, considering sustainability and possible consequences, helped us throughout the whole time. We have benefited from her as an all-rounder and especially from her knowledge in the field of sustainability, marketing and content writing!

Ute Eisenkolb, Studiengangsleiterin Master of Science Business Administration Vertiefung Sustainability & Circular Innovation (MScBA)

Student evaluations consistently reflected a very positive assessment of Ms. Cécile Meier’s professional expertise and methodological-didactic performance each semester. Students particularly highlighted her strong practical orientation, subject-matter competence and goal-oriented approach.

    Gonzalo Tow Bautista (Coaching)

Most of our time during the bride & groom photos was spent talking and laughing, and we often forgot that there was a camera. She was so unobtrusive throughout the whole night and had such a sweet personality. I loved that she had scoped out the whole property, finding the best spots and lighting for our photos.
